Flirting with this character: Go for it! He'll almost 100% of the time return the flirting with women, and probably feign ignorance if a man flirts with him. Depending on level of intoxication, he may "accidentally" flirt back with other men.
Fighting with this character: Well, if he can't talk his way out of it, he's more than capable of holding his own. Usually.

Sexuality: Face is so far in the closet, he's running scams in Narnia. There's no doubt that he loves women, but the world isn't colored in only black and white. Unfortunately, a combination of being raised in a Catholic orphanage and spending several years in the Army, has pretty much settled his decision to never, ever come out as bisexual.
Face has an over whelming fear of anyone, especially anyone on the team, finding out about his sexuality. He tells himself that it's fine, and it isn't as though he's gay or anything. Sometimes, when he finds himself cozying up to a beautiful woman, he can convince himself he's "normal", and there isn't anything to worry about. Then some guy will catch his eye and the cycle of self-hate starts all over again. It takes an enormous amount of trust for him to display his feelings openly -- or an enormous amount of alcohol.
Substances: Contrary to most of his generation, Face avoids drug use. That's not to say he hasn't done his share of experimenting when he was a kid, but things were different after the war and they were on the run. With the Government hunting their asses, he tries to stay in control of his senses at all times. The same generally applied to alcohol. A few drinks is one thing, but getting completely flat-out drunk is another.
Profanity: Although Face doesn't generally spout profanities, especially if he's around a lady, he isn't exactly a Saint, either. In the right situation, he can and will swear enough to turn a sailor's ears pink.
